It is Lixian's policy to conduct business in a responsible manner within the guidelines set forth by U.S., UK and German export control regulations and laws. 

Lixian will not sell products or provide technical assistance if it is known or suspected that the product or proposal will be used for purposes prohibited by U.S., 

UK and German laws, and will only conduct business in full compliance with U.S. and other applicable laws and regulations.

You (the customer) acknowledge that the export of goods and technology hereunder may be subject to U.S., UK or German export control regulations, as amended, 

and agree as a condition and condition of issuance of any subsequent order or contract that the goods and technology shall not be used for purposes related to any chemical, 

biological, nuclear weapon or missiles capable of delivering such weapons, or for end use in support of any terrorist activity or any other weapons of mass destruction. 

Goods and technology will not be resold or transferred if it is known or suspected that they are used for such purposes. This Agreement is conditioned upon the acceptance 

that the export of goods and technology pursuant to this Agreement is subject to U.S. export controls.
